If your furniture arrives and for what ever reason it is not what you expected, we will collect it and refund the full cost of the furniture. Alternatively, you may change it for another style, size or colour. All we ask is that we receive your written instructions within 21 days of delivery.
Your furniture is guaranteed for two years after delivery against any defects in materials or workmanship (allowing for fair wear and tear). In the unlikely event of such a defect occurring we will repair the furniture free of charge.
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
We also recommend you purchase the our Leather Protection Program. For a small additional cost it will cover your furniture for a full 5 years against stains and accidental damage.

You have the benefit of being able to talk directly with us, the manufacturer, where we can be far more precise than your local retailer who would have to contact their manufacturer. We are able to control and maintain all deliveries in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

They weigh 7.5 tonnes (max.) when fully loaded. If you are aware of any obstacles, e.g. narrow lanes, low bridges, en route to your delivery address please contact our despatch department who are more than happy to assist. Please have a look at our delivery checklist for more useful information.
Transport is becoming an increasingly larger portion of our total costs. For this reason, and to enable us to deliver to your home efficiently and economically, your delivery charge covers only a small part of these costs. Our drivers have up to sixteen deliveries per trip and we try to accommodate all our customers’ needs.
Your door width is not usually the problem. All our delivery vehicles carry two drivers who are expert in effecting deliveries. We normally find that narrow passageways, stairwells or any other unforeseen obstructions pose more problems. All our furniture will easily pass through a standard (30″) doorway.
We can only accept payment in full on our website. We accept Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, Solo, MasterCard. Sorry but we do not accept American Express (Amex). Payment cannot be made using multiple credit/debit cards.
