We know that choosing a new sofa online means you can’t necessarily try it out first. That’s why we offer a 21 day money back guarantee on all our furniture. You have 21 days from the day of delivery to try out your new sofas and chairs in the place it matters; your home. If, for whatever reason, you decide your new purchase is not quite right for you, simply let us know within 21 days and we will come and collect it free of charge.* We will refund your money in full including all delivery charges so you are not left out of pocket. Alternatively we will happily organise an exchange to a different model, colour or size. And we promise not to quibble or pout.

2-year material or manufacture defects guarantee

All Thomas Lloyd furniture is guaranteed for two years against any defect in manufacture and materials, allowing for fair wear and tear. That includes the leather, castors, foam, piping, cushions, webbing, fillings, buttons, feet, and springing. In fact everything, right down to the brass tacks. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will collect, repair and return the furniture to you entirely free of charge.

5-year frame guarantee

In addition to our Two Year Warranty all Thomas Lloyd sofas and chairs come with a Five Year Frame Guarantee. All our frames are constructed using non tropical hardwoods so you can be confident of many years ‘creak free’ lounging. Can I see the furniture before purchase?

Yes. Our superb showroom facilities in South Wales are available to visitors to view our range of traditional leather furnituremodern leather furniture and leather Chesterfield sofas. How long will delivery take?

You have the benefit of being able to talk directly with us, the manufacturer, where we can be far more precise than your local retailer who would have to contact their manufacturer. We are able to control and maintain all deliveries in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

What size is your delivery vehicle?

Our vehicles are:

36 feet in length
12 feet 9 inches in height
8 feet 4 inches in width.

They weigh 7.5 tonnes (max.) when fully loaded.  If you are aware of any obstacles, e.g. narrow lanes, low bridges, en route to your delivery address please contact our despatch department who are more than happy to assist.

Why can’t I choose my delivery day/time?

Transport is becoming an increasingly larger portion of our total costs. For this reason, and to enable us to deliver to your home efficiently and economically, your delivery charge covers only a small part of these costs. Our drivers have up to sixteen deliveries per trip and we try to accommodate all our customers’ needs.

I have a small door! Can you get your furniture through it?

Your door width is not usually the problem. All our delivery vehicles carry two drivers who are expert in effecting deliveries. We normally find that narrow passageways, stairwells or any other unforeseen obstructions pose more problems. All our furniture will easily pass through a standard (30″) doorway.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We can only accept payment in full on our website.  We accept Visa, MasterCard. Sorry but we do not accept American Express (Amex).  Payment cannot be made using multiple credit/debit cards.

How secure is it to place my order online?

We take your security very seriously and have made shopping online completely secure. All of our credit card transactions are handled by HSBC.  Your browser will go into secure mode before you enter any personal or payment details. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock or a key icon in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. Being in ‘secure mode’ means that all of your details are encrypted to help keep them secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on our site, so your card and personal details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the Internet.
