Purchased a 3 seater consort settee and chairs four years ago we had a problem with a seam on one of the chairs when it was delivered . this was dealt with prompty,politely and to a superb standard. The suite still looks like new and attracts comments that it is far more comfortable than most leather suites.Now my son is looking at furniture for his own place.He says the comfort of mine is making him critical of many suites that he tries--looks like another order for Thomas Lloyd in the near future. From visiting the showroom to delivery everything made you feel as if you were the only customer that those people were in contact with on that day. We have now had our Marlow suite for two months and the build quality and comfort are second to none, I can see us living with it for many years to come, when we do have to renew, Thomas LLoyd will be our first option. Have had our sofa's for over 10 years now (TL dont even make the style anymore) and they are still going strong even with 1 year of being in storage with boxes piled on top of them. I remember the delivery chaps being cheerful even though we were the last delivery of the day at 8.30pm and they still had to drive 2+ hours home. The brown leather sofas look better year after year, the leather has that beautiful sheen from years of being loved. The seats are still comfortable and supportive. I would definately buy from TL again, although I dont think we will need to for at least another 5-10 years. Excellent value for money and phenominally better than the supermarket/catalogue rubbish even though they didnt actually cost a great deal more.

We bought a 3-seater Chesterfield in 2006 after my parents and my aunt had owned theirs for over 10 years. We knew they lasted, they were good value for money and that the designs lasted. Now, 7 years later we are looking for a matching sofa and arm chair and have no problems at all!

I have purchased 1 chair and 2 Chesterfields 21, 20 and 17 years ago respectively. They have withstood some 14 moves, been put into storage and shipped overseas enduring wind snow and rain and some very poor man handling. They look even better now than they did when new. I would not ever think of looking anywhere else. Well done Thomas Lloyd.
